Cocoa Cinnamon Topper
|Quaker oat bran hot cereal||1 Cup (16 tbs), uncooked|
|Grated orange peel||1 Teaspoon (Optional)|
|Sugar||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
Place oat bran in ungreased 13 x 9-inch baking pan.
Bake 15 to 17 minutes or until light golden brown, stirring occasionally.
Stir in orange peel; cool.
Add sugar, cocoa and cinnamon.
Store tightly covered at room temperature.
To serve, sprinkle generously on fruit, fruit salads, low fat yogurt, ice milk or pudding or, use as a topping for muffins by sprinkling on batter just before baking.
Bake at 350°F.
