Cocoa Nut Pudding
|Sugar||2⁄3 Cup (10.67 tbs)|
|Unsweetened cocoa powder||2 Tablespoon|
|Milk||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Egg yolks||2 , slightly beaten|
|Vanilla extract||1 Teaspoon|
|Chopped walnuts||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
In a medium saucepan, combine sugar, cornstarch, cocoa and salt.
Stir in milk and egg yolks.
Cook over medium heat until mixture comes to a boil.
Simmer 1 minute longer.
Remove from heat.
Stir in butter, vanilla and walnuts.
Pour into a serving bowl.
Cover and cool.
