|Milk||3 Cup (48 tbs)|
1) In a 1 1/2-quart deep glass casserole, cook the cocoa, sugar and water together in the microwave for 1 minute.
2) Gradually stir in the milk, add salt and blend well. 3) Cook in the microwave for 6 to 8 minutes, stir at an interval of 2 minutes.
4) Pour immediately in the mugs and serve hot.
