|Sweetened cocoa||1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)|
|Boiling water||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Milk||3 Cup (48 tbs)|
Combine cocoa, cinnamon, nutmeg, and sugar in large saucepan.
Gradually stir in water, then milk.
Heat carefully, stirring often; be careful not to scorch.
Serve the cocoa hot, topped with marshmallows.
Makes 8 servings.
