Rocky Road Clusters
|Sugar||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Unsweetened cocoa||5 Tablespoon|
|Milk||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Butter/Margarine||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs) (1 Stick)|
|Vanilla extract||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Quick cooking oats||3 Cup (48 tbs)|
|Chopped walnuts||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Raisins||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Miniature marshmallows||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
1.Take a 2 quart glass measuring pitcher, put sugar and cocoa in it.
2.Add milk and butter; stir well and cook for 4 minutes at High without covering.
3.Once the mixture boils, stop cooking and mix well.
4.Cook further for a minute at High.
5.Once done, take the pitcher out and add vanilla extract into it.
6.Put oats and walnuts and mix well.
7.Allow the mixture to settle for 5 minutes.
8.Put marshmallows and raisins to it and mix.
9.Take a waxed paper sheet, with a teaspoon, put drops of mixture on it.
10.Allow the clusters to cool in refrigerator.
11.Serve rocky road clusters cold.
