Cocoa With Creme De Menthe
|Hot cocoa powder||2 Ounce (2 Envelopes Of 1 Ounce Each)|
|Hot water||1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)|
|White creme de menthe||2 Tablespoon|
1. In a heat-proof jug, empty the cocoa mix packets.
2. Stir in hot water and creme de menthe.
3. Use a wire whisk to whip the beverage until thick and frothy. You could use a hand held beater as well.
4. Pour hot cocoa into warm mugs or cups and serve immediately
