Hot Cocoa Drink

Ingredients
  Unsweetened cocoa powder 3 Tablespoon
  Granulated sugar substitute 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Unsweetened coconut milk 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Heavy cream 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Water 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Vanilla extract 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Whipped cream 2 Tablespoon
  Chocolate candy bars 1 Teaspoon, finely grated (Atkins Endulge)
Directions

Put cocoa powder and sugar substitute in a saucepan.
Whisk together coconut milk, cream, and water in a bowl.
Stir a bit of liquid into cocoa mixture, then gradually stir in remaining liquid.
Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until hot.
Add vanilla extract. Pour into cups.
