Low Fat Cocoa Brownies
|Unsweetened applesauce||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Dutch cocoa powder||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Light corn syrup||2 Tablespoon|
|Sugar||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Instant coffee||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Egg whites||2 Large|
|Non fat sour cream||3 Tablespoon|
|All purpose flour||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
1)Preheat 350 degrees F.
2)Take an 8 inch square baking pan.
3)In a large bowl, mix together, cocoa, coffee, corn syrup, applesauce and sugar.
4)Using a wooden spoon, sitr well to reach a smooth consistency.
5)Add in egg whites, vanill and sour cream followed by flour and incorporate well.
6)Transfer into baking pan and bake for 18 minutes until the outer is done well but the inner part is underbaked.
7)Cool on wire rack for half hour.
8)Cut brownie into squares of 2 inches each and serve with low fat vanilla ice cream
