Hot Cocoa

Ingredients
  Unsweetened cocoa 6 Tablespoon
  Sugar 6 Tablespoon
  Salt 1 Dash
  Water 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Milk 3 1⁄2 Cup (56 tbs)
Directions

Mix cocoa, sugar, and salt in a saucepan or in top part of a double boiler.
Stir in water.
Place over low heat.
Cook mixture in saucepan for about 2 minutes, in double boiler over boiling water for about 4 minutes, or until thick and smooth.
Stir constantly.
Stir in milk; heat to boiling, stirring occasionally, but do not boil.
For a frothy drink, beat before serving
