|Hot milk||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Cream||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Hot coffee||2 Cup (32 tbs) (Fresh Made)|
|Vanilla extract||1 Teaspoon|
Melt chocolate and sugar in a double boiler or over very low heat. Add boiling water and stir until smooth. Heat for 3 to 5 minutes over low heat.
Stir in hot milk, cream and fresh coffee. Beat or stir briskly until frothy. Add vanilla extract and serve.
