Hot Cocoa

Ingredients
  Cocoa 6 Tablespoon
  Granulated sugar 6 Tablespoon (Or To Taste)
  Water 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
  Salt 1 Dash (Few Grains)
  Milk/2 cup evaporated milk and 2 cup water 4 Cup (64 tbs) (Bottled Milk)
Directions

Combine cocoa, sugar, water, and salt in top of double boiler over direct heat.
Stir until smooth, then boil 2 min.
Add the milk, heat over boiling water, and then add vanilla.
Just before serving, beat with an egg beater until frothy—this helps to keep a skin from forming on the surface of the cocoa.
Serve plain or topped with whipped cream or a marshmallow.
