Cocoa Mocha Punch

Ingredients
  Instant coffee granules 2 Tablespoon
  Cold water 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Cold milk 1 Quart (4 Cups)
  Chocolate syrup 2⁄3 Cup (10.67 tbs)
  Coffee flavored liqueur 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Vanilla ice cream/Coffee ice cream 1 Pint, slightly softened (2 Cups)
  Whipped cream 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs) (Adjust Quantity As Needed)
Directions

In large pitcher or punch bowl, dissolve coffee granules in cold water.
Add milk, chocolate syrup and liqueur; chill.
Just before serving, spoon ice cream by tablespoons into punch.
Stir slightly to blend.
If desired, float whipped cream dollops in punch bowl.
