Ingredients
  Cocoa 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Sugar 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Milk 3 Cup (48 tbs)
  Orange rind 2 Teaspoon, grated
  Almond extract 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Cinnamon stick 4
  Cinnamon sticks 4
Directions

Combine cocoa and sugar in 4-cup glass measure.
Add 1/2 cup milk to make smooth paste.
Stir in remaining milk, orange rind, and almond extract.
Blend thoroughly to dissolve sugar.
Cook on 70 (roast) 6 to 7 minutes, or until hot.
Pour into mugs and place cinnamon sticks in drinks, as stirrers.
