Dark Cocoa Sauce

Ingredients
  Cocoa 1 Cup (16 tbs) (unsweetened)
  Sugar 1 3⁄4 Cup (28 tbs)
  Hot water 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Milk 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Salt 1 Pinch
  Vanilla 1 Teaspoon
Directions

In saucepan blend cocoa with sugar.
Stir in hot water and mix until smooth.
Add milk and salt.
Heat to boiling; cook for 2 minutes.
Cool.
Stir in vanilla.
Serve over ice cream, cake or other desserts.
