|Chocolate flavored crisp rice cereal||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Coconut||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Chopped nut topping||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Ice cream||1 Pint (Any Flavor)|
1. In the medium mixing bowl, put the cereal, coconut, and nut topping. Stir with the wooden spoon to mix.
2. Use the ice cream scoop or large spoon to scoop 4 balls of ice cream. Drop each ball, one at a time, into the cereal mixture. Roll the ball around till it is coated. Work quickly so the ice cream doesn't melt. Place the ice cream balls on the baking sheet. Put them in the freezer till serving time.
3. To serve, put an ice cream ball in each dessert dish.
