|Vegetable shortening||1 Cup (16 tbs), softened|
|Granulated brown sugar replacement||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Skim milk||1 1⁄4 Cup (20 tbs)|
|Vanilla extract||2 1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Cake flour||4 Cup (64 tbs)|
|Baking powder||3 Teaspoon|
|Cocoa||3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)|
Mix shortening and brown sugar replacement together.
Add eggs and beat well.
Combine milk and vanilla extract.
Sift dry ingredients together and add alternately with milk to the batter.
Drop by teaspoonfuls onto a greased cookie sheet.
Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 10 to 12 minutes.
