Hearty Hot Cocoa

Ingredients
  Water 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Cocoa 2⁄3 Cup (10.67 tbs)
  Sugar 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Milk 5 1⁄4 Cup (84 tbs)
  Vanilla extract 1⁄2 Teaspoon
Directions

1. In 3-quart saucepan, stir water, cocoa, and sugar until smooth. Over medium heat, heat mixture to boiling.
2. Stir in milk; heat until tiny bubbles form around edge (do not boil). Remove saucepan from heat; add vanilla.
3. Pour into mugs or cups. Top each serving with marshmallow or whipped cream.
