|Unsweetened cocoa||5 Tablespoon|
|Milk||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Butter/Margarine||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs) (1 Stick)|
|Vanilla extract||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Quick cooking oats||3 Cup (48 tbs)|
|Chopped walnuts||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Raisins||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Miniature marshmallows||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
1. Combine sugar and cocoa in a 2-quart glass measuring pitcher. Stir in milk and add butter. Cook uncovered in microwave oven 4 minutes at High, or until mixture comes to a rolling boil. Stir well. Continue cooking 1 minute at High.
2. Remove from oven and stir in vanilla extract. Add oats and walnuts; stir. Let cool for 5 minutes. Add raisins and marshmallows; stir.
3. Drop mixture by teaspoonfuls onto waxed paper. Refrigerate to set.
