Squid In Gin And Ginger has a Fantastic tasteThe Ginger roots and Green Onion gives the Squid In Gin And Ginger Impressive taste.
  Squid tubes 8 Ounce
  Gin 4 Tablespoon
  Ginger root 1 Inch, peeled and grated or minced
  Sesame oil 1 Teaspoon
  Snow peas 12 , trimmed
  Green onions 3 , sliced into large diagonals
  Shoyu 2 Teaspoon

Rinse squid tubes well, inside and out; pat dry.
Cut in 1/4 inch rings and marinate in gin.
Add ginger to gin.
In a heavy frying pan or wok, heat oil over medium high heat.
Toss in snow peas and onions and cook for 1 to 2 minutes.
Drain marinade off squid; reserve.
Add squid rings and ginger to vegetables.
Cook and stir for 2 to 3 minutes.
Add 1 to 2 table spoons gin and shoyu; cook for 1 minute.
