Sesame Coaled Muenster Gin Ball
|Muenster cheese||3⁄4 Pound, cut in to chunks|
|Toasted sesame seeds||1 1⁄2 Ounce|
|Unsalted butter||6 Tablespoon, softened|
|Grain mustard||1 1⁄2 Tablespoon|
In a food processor with steel blade combine cheese, butter, mustard and gin and blend until smooth.
Chill until mixture is firm enough to shape into a ball.
Roll in toasted sesame seeds.
Serve with crackers and/or raw vegetables.
NOTE TO COOK: Prepare cheese ball and carry to party in serving dish with a tent of aluminum foil or in storage container.
Carry crackers in original boxes and, if serving crudites, prepare them ahead and carry them in plastic bags.
Arrange at party.
