1.Start by cutting the grapefruit in half, carefully remove the pulp and make sure to leave the inner white skin as lining
2.In a bowl, pour cold water and the place the shells in it
3.Now mix the grapefruit pulp with the strawberries and sprinkle with sugar
4.Chill it in the refrigerator for sometime
5.Fill the shells with the mixture placing large handsome berries on top as garnish
6.Serve with any appetizers
The mixed fruit left over may be served at breakfast or used as a sauce for pudding or ice cream.
