Ingredients

Chopped fresh tomatoes 2 Cup (32 tbs)
Cucumber 1 , diced
Sriracha 2 Tablespoon
Worcestershire 1 Teaspoon
Vodka 1/4 Cup (4 tbs) (or more if desired)
Tomato juice 1/2 Cup (8 tbs)
Fresh lemon juice 2 Tablespoon
Salt 1/2 Teaspoon

Directions

GETTING READY

1. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

2. On line baking sheet, place tomato and cucumber pieces. Spread in an even layer and pop in freezer for 45 minutes.

MAKING

3.In blender, add the frozen tomato and cucumber pieces along with tomato juice, salt, lemon juice, Worcestershire, and sriracha (as needed). Blend until nice and smooth. Taste and add more sriracha if needed.

4. Pour cold vodka and blend again.

SERVING

5. Pour in glasses and serve immediately!
