In small bowl blend catsup, vinegar, and horseradish.
Line 6 sherbets with lettuce leaves; layer with shredded lettuce.
Arrange about 1/4 cup sliced mushrooms atop each.
Just before serving, drizzle with 1 tablespoon catsup mixture.
