Ingredients
  Melon 1 Small
  Shelled shrimp 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Capers 1 Teaspoon
  Stalk celery 1 , minced
  Mayonnaise 2 Tablespoon
  Tomato paste 2 Teaspoon
  Worcestershire sauce 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Chopped parsley 1 Tablespoon
  Unshelled shrimp 2
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
Directions

Cut the melon in half and remove the seeds.
Chill the melon.
Mix together the prawns (shrimp), capers and celery.
Combine the mayonnaise, tomato puree (paste), Worcestershire sauce and salt and pepper to taste.
Stir the prawn (shrimp) mixture into the dressing.
Just before serving, spoon the mixture into the melon halves.
Place on two serving plates and garnish with chopped parsley and the whole prawns.
Serve with thinly sliced brown bread and butter.
