#990 The Goodbye Drink

The other day we had some goodbye drinks for some friends who were leaving Niseko. At one point I decided to make a drink from a bit of everything that was on the table. It came out pretty well.
Ingredients
  Shochu 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Umeshu 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Umesha 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Lime juice 3 Tablespoon
  Grapefruit 1⁄4 Tablespoon
  Tonic water 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Directions

MAKING:
1)In a glass pour in the umeshu, lime juice, shochu, grapefruit juice and tonic water.
2)Stir well until combined.

SERVING:
3)Serve chilled with ice cubes.

The drink looks great but I couldn't make out half of the ingredients other than the lime and ice... the video doesn't even list the items in the drink...
