Cocktail Peppers

Ingredients
  Salad peppers 12 Ounce (Peperoncini)
  Anchovy paste 2 Ounce
Directions

The bite is in the anchovy paste—the peppers are quite mild.
Make a lengthwise slit in each pepper and allow them to drain.
Fill peppers by squeezing a strip of anchovy paste through the slit.
Serve cold.
