Lemon Rosé Bellini

Ingredients
  Lemon sorbet 1 1⁄4 Tablespoon (1 generous spoonful)
  Citrus vodka 1⁄2 Ounce
  Champagne 4 Ounce (Rose)
  Raspberries 3 (fresh or frozen, for garnish)
Directions

Add sorbet to champagne flute. Pour vodka over sorbet, and add champagne. Garnish with floating raspberries.
