  Grapefruit 4 Medium
  Mint jelly 3 Ounce
  Sugar 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)

"Section grapefruit.
Melt mint jelly in double boiler; beat until smooth.
Bring 1 cup water to a boil; add sugar.
Cook jelly mixture for 5 minutes.
Add sugar mixture, stirring well, to mint jelly.
Arrange 6 to 8 grapefruit sections in sherbet dish; pour mint mixture over grapefruit sections.
