Microwave Fruit Cocktail Cake

Ingredients
  Eggs 2
  Sugar 2⁄3 Cup (10.67 tbs)
  Brown sugar 2⁄3 Cup (10.67 tbs)
  Flour 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Baking soda 2 Teaspoon
  Canned fruit cocktail 16 Ounce (1 can)
  Walnuts 1⁄2 , finely chopped
For topping
  Sugar 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Evaporated milk 5 2⁄3 Ounce (1 can)
  Butter 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Vanilla 1 Teaspoon
  Toasted flaked coconut 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Directions

MAKING
1)Using the electric mixer, mix the eggs, sugars, soda,flour and liquid from the fruit cocktail
2)On a slower speed, add the fruit cocktail and nuts
3)Now take 2 baking dishes of equal size,pour this batter evenly into them.
4)BAKE(6) each layer for 6 minutes.
5)Now turn the dish and cook on HIGH(9) for 3 minutes.
6)Once both layers are cooked, keep aside.
7)Now choose a glass bowl that has 4 cups worth of space.
8)In this, add milk,sugar and butter and cook on HIGH(9) for 2 minutes.
9)Cook further on MEDIUM(5) for 2 minutes.
10)Now pour the vanilla and add coconut.

SERVING
11)Pour topping over hot cake and let it set. Serve with tea or coffee.
