Dempsey

Ingredients
  Pernod 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Grenadine 1 Dash
  Brandy 1 2⁄3 Ounce (1/3 gill)
  Dry gin 3⁄4 Ounce (1/6 gill)
  Ice 8 1⁄2 Ounce, broken (1/2 shakerful)
Directions

MAKING
1. In a shaker, add broken ice to fill it halfway and then add the pernod.
2. Further, add the grenadine, the brandy and the gin.
3. Shake up the shaker well.
4. Strain the drink using a strainer into a cocktail glass.

SERVING
5. Serve at once the cocktail with plenty of kick in it.
