Deep Sea Cocktail

Ingredients
  Dry gin 1 Fluid Ounce (1/4 Gill)
  French vermouth 1 Fluid Ounce (1/4 Gill)
  Pernod 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Orange bitters 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Lemon peel and juice 1 Dash
  Olive 1
  Ice 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs) (1/2 Shaker)
Directions

MAKING
1. In a shaker, add ice, dry gin, French vermouth, pernod, orange bitters and shake well.

SERVING
2. In a wine glass, strain the stirred contents, add a dash of lemon peel juice, drop in an olive and serve chilled.
