Tuxedo

Ingredients
  Angostura bitters 1 Teaspoon
  Italian vermouth 2⁄3 Fluid Ounce (1/6 Gill)
  Gin 1 1⁄3 Fluid Ounce (1/3 Gill)
  Pernod 2 Dash
  Maraschino. 1 Teaspoon
  Lemon peel and juice 1 Dash
  Cherry 1
  Ice 1 Cup (16 tbs), broken (1/2 Tumblerful)
Directions

MAKING
1. Into a tumbler, half fill with broken ice and add Angostura Bitters.
2. Add Italian Vermouth, Gin, Maraschino and Pernod; stir well.

SERVING
3. Into a cocktail glass, strain the drink.
4. Garnish with a cherry and top with a dash of lemon peel juice.
