Cooperstown Cocktail

Ingredients
  French vermouth 1⁄2 Fluid Ounce (1/8 Gill)
  Italian vermouth 1⁄2 Fluid Ounce (1/8 Gill)
  Dry gin 1 Fluid Ounce (1/4 Gill)
  Mint sprigs 3
  Lemon peel and juice 2 Dash
  Ice 1 Cup (16 tbs), broken (1/2 Tumbler)
Directions

MAKING
1. In a tumbler, add ice, dry gin, Italian vermouth, French vermouth and stir well.

SERVING
2. In a cocktail glass, strain the stirred contents, add a dash of lemon peel juice, garnish with mint sprigs and serve chilled.
