Broadway Cocktail

Ingredients
  Orange bitters 3 Drop
  Italian vermouth 1 Fluid Ounce (1/4 Gill)
  Dry gin 2 Fluid Ounce (1/2 Gill)
  Orange peel juice 1 Dash
  Ice 1 Cup (16 tbs), broken (1/2 Shakeful)
Directions

MAKING
1. In a cocktail shaker, add ice, orange bitters, dry gin, Italian vermouth and shake well.

SERVING
2. In a small wine glass, strain the shaken contents, add a dash of orange peel juice and serve chilled.
