Olivette

Ingredients
  French vermouth 1 Fluid Ounce (1/4 Gill)
  Dry gin 1 Fluid Ounce (1/4 Gill)
  Plain syrup 2 Dash
  Pernod 2 Dash
  Angostura bitters 2 Dash
  Lemon peel and juice 2 Dash
  Olive 1
  Ice 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), broken (1/2 Tumblerful)
Directions

MAKING
1) Into the tumbler with ice cubes, add the orange bitters
2) Add the angostura bitters, plain syrup, french vermouth, dry gin and the pernod
3) Stir well
4) Strain the cocktail into a wine glass

SERVING
5) Serve with the olive.
