Ingredients
  Gin 1 1⁄3 Fluid Ounce (1/3 Gill)
  Orange juice 1 1⁄3 Fluid Ounce (1/3 Gill)
  Pernod 5 Dash
  Grenadine syrup 7 Dash
  Orange peel juice 1 Dash
  Cracked ice 8 Ounce (1/2 Shakerful)
Directions

MAKING
1) Into the shaker with ice cubes, add the grenadine
2) Add the pernod, gin and the orange juice
3) Shake well
4) Strain the cocktail into a cocktail glass

SERVING
5) Serve with the dash of orange peel
6) Those wanting less sweetness by lessening the quantity of the syrup
