Gin Cooperstown

Ingredients
  Dry gin 1 1⁄3 Fluid Ounce (1/3 Gill)
  Italian vermouth 1⁄2 Fluid Ounce (1/8 Gill)
  Orange bitters 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Lemon peel juice 2 Dash
  Mint sprigs 3
  Crushed ice 125 Milliliter (1/2 Tumbler)
Directions

MAKING
1. In a tumbler, add ice, dry gin, Italian vermouth, orange bitters and stir well.

SERVING
2. In a cocktail glass, strain the stirred contents, add a dash of lemon peel juice, garnish with mint sprigs and serve chilled.
