Martini Special

Ingredients
  Dry gin 1 Fluid Ounce (1/4 Gill)
  Italian vermouth 1⁄2 Fluid Ounce (1/8 Gill)
  Raspberry syrup 1 Teaspoon
  Pernod 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Maraschino. 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Lemon peel juice 1 Dash
  Crushed ice 8 Ounce (1/2 Shakerful)
Directions

MAKING
1) Into the shaker with ice cubes, add the raspberry syrup
2) Add the Italian Vermouth, dry gin, pernod and the maraschino
3) Give the shaker a good shake
4) Strain the cocktail into a cocktail glass

SERVING
5) Serve with the dash of lemon peel juice
