Ingredients
  Ice cubes 6
  Sugar 1 Teaspoon
  Fresh lemon juice 30 Milliliter
  Gin 90 Milliliter
  Fresh lemon 1 , sliced
  Fresh mint sprig 1
  Soda water 2 Fluid Ounce (To Top Up)
Directions

MAKING
1. In a cocktail shaker, add ice cubes, sugar, lemon juice and gin and cover.
2. Shake the covered cocktail shaker robustly, until the surface becomes frosty.
3. Into a Collins glass pour the contents without straining.

SERVING
4. Garnish the drink with a lemon slice and a sprig of mint.
5. Add fizzing soda water on top, gently stir and serve chilled.
