Extra Dry Martini Cocktail
|French dry vermouth||30 Milliliter|
|Pickled pearl onions||1|
1. In a glass jug add ice cubes.
2. Over the ice, add dry French vermouth and gin together.
3. Stir the liquids together robustly and consistently without splashing.
4. In a chilled martini glass strain the stirred liquids.
6. Garnish the drink with a speared pickled pearl onion.
7. Serve chilled.
Martinis are always stirred and not shaken.
