Alice Springs Fizz

Ingredients
  Ice cubes 5
  Fresh lemon juice 30 Milliliter
  Unsweetened orange juice 30 Milliliter (Fresh)
  Grenadine 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Gin 90 Milliliter
  Angostura bitters 3 Drop
  Soda water 1 Tablespoon (To Top Up)
  Fresh orange 1 , sliced
Directions

MAKING
1. In a cocktail shaker, add ice cubes, lemon juice, orange juice, grenadine and gin.
2. Add drops of angostura bitters to the liquids.
3. Vigorously shake until frost forms.

SERVING
4. In a low ball glass pour the contents of the shaker without straining.
5. Top up with fizzing soda water and garnish with an orange slice.
6. Serve Chilled.
