Ingredients
  Ice cubes 3 , chopped
  Angostura bitters 2 Drop
  Gin 3 Tablespoon
  Fresh lemon rind 1 , sliced
  Champagne 1 Tablespoon (To Top Up)
Directions

MAKING
1. In a hi-ball glass, add chopped ice cubes, angostura bitters and gin.
2. Squeeze and drop a sliced lemon rind into the drink.

SERVING
3. Top up the glass with champagne and serve chilled.
