Ingredients
  Ice cubes 5
  Italian sweet vermouth 1 Ounce (Preferably White, 1 Part)
  Vodka 3 Ounce (3 Parts)
  Egg white 1
Directions

MAKING
1) In a bowl, beat the egg whites to form stiff peaks.
2) Into a cocktail shaker, add in the ice cubes.
3) Add in the vermouth, vodka and egg white.
4) Shake well. Strain.

SERVING
5) Serve the Pelican in a sour glass.
