Morning Glory Fizz
|Fresh lemon juice||30 Milliliter|
|Gingerale||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs) (To Top Up)|
1. In a cocktail shaker, add ice cubes, lemon juice, sugar and gin.
2. Also, add over this mixture egg white, and drops of pernod.
3. Shake the liquids in the shaker to blend together until a frost forms on the surface.
4. In a low ball glass, strain the contents of the shaker and top up with ginger-ale and serve chilled.
