Ingredients
  V8 vegetable juice 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
  Cucumber 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), peeled
  Lime juice 1 Tablespoon
  Chili powder 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Ice cubes 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Cucumber slices 1 Cup (16 tbs) (For Garnish)
Directions

In covered blender or food processor, combine "V8" juice, chopped cucumber, lime juice and chili powder.
Blend until smooth.
Add ice cubes, one at a time, blending until ice is finely crushed.
Serve immediately.
Garnish with cucumber slices, if desired.
