Tiny Cocktail Marinated Mushrooms

Ingredients
  White button mushrooms 24 Small, well-shaped, nicely white, left whole, but with any dried stem ends trimmed off
  Garlic 5 Clove (25 gm)
  Olive oil 2 Tablespoon
  Oregano 1 Teaspoon, dried
  Red cayenne pepper 2 Pinch
  Light soy sauce 1 Tablespoon
  Dry vermouth 1 1⁄2 Tablespoon
  Dry white wine 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
Directions

MAKING
1) In a 4-quart pressure cooker, add all the ingredients together.
2) Place the lid and bring up the pressure to 15 pounds and immediately turn off the heat.
3) Allow the pressure to fall in about 4 minutes on its own.

SERVING
4) Spear the mushrooms with the toothpicks and serve immediately on a serving platter.
