Tiny Cocktail Marinated Mushrooms
|White button mushrooms||24 Small, well-shaped, nicely white, left whole, but with any dried stem ends trimmed off|
|Garlic||5 Clove (25 gm)|
|Olive oil||2 Tablespoon|
|Oregano||1 Teaspoon, dried|
|Red cayenne pepper||2 Pinch|
|Light soy sauce||1 Tablespoon|
|Dry vermouth||1 1⁄2 Tablespoon|
|Dry white wine||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
1) In a 4-quart pressure cooker, add all the ingredients together.
2) Place the lid and bring up the pressure to 15 pounds and immediately turn off the heat.
3) Allow the pressure to fall in about 4 minutes on its own.
4) Spear the mushrooms with the toothpicks and serve immediately on a serving platter.
