  Orange juice 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Fresh orange juice 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Milk 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs) (Low Sodium Low Fat)
  Low sodium low fat milk 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Whole egg 1 , dipped in boiling water for 30 seconds (in the shell)
  Egg 1
  Wheat germ 1 Tablespoon
  Wheat bran 1 Tablespoon
  Unprocessed wheat bran 1 Tablespoon
  Brewers yeast 1 Tablespoon
  Brewer's yeast 1 Tablespoon
  Fructose 1 Teaspoon
  Vanilla extract 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Ice cubes 3
  Ice cubes 3 , crushed
Directions

MAKING
1. Into a blender, put all ingredients.
2.Blend until smooth.

SERVING
3. Serve this in a glass put ice cubes.
