Blueberry And Mint Cocktail

  Blueberry vodka 2 Ounce
  Club soda 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Ice cubes 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Lime juice 1 Teaspoon
  Simple syrup 1 Tablespoon
For garnish
  Mint sprig 1
  Lemon slice 1

For blueberry vodka
1. In a jar, put together some mint, blueberries and vodka, seal it with tight fitting lid and allow to infuse for couple of days.

2. In a serving glass, pour in the blueberry vodka and put in the ice.
3. Fill the glass with club soda, leaving some space at top.
4. Add in simple syrup and lime juice and stir well to mix.

5. Garnish with lemon slice and mint spring and serve chilled.
