Skinny Mai Tai Martini

A low-calorie Mai Tai drink to satisfy any dieter. Sip on this mix of rum, pineapple, almond and orange while congratulating yourself on consuming only 127 calories.
Ingredients
  Pineapple pieces 3 Medium
  Light rum 1 Ounce
  Orange juice 1 Ounce
  Lemon juice 1 Ounce
  Almond syrup 1 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Ice 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
Directions

MAKING
1. Muddle the pineapple, lemon juice and almond syrup in a cocktail shaker.
2. Add the ice, light rum and orange juice and shake till it's all chilled.
3. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass.

SERVING
4. Garnish with an orange wheel and serve chilled.
