Classic Mai Tai Cocktail

Ingredients
  Light rum 1 1⁄2 Ounce (Puerto Rican Type)
  Dark rum 1 1⁄2 Ounce (Meyer'S)
  Orgeat syrup 1⁄2 Ounce (Trader Vic'S)
  Orange juice 1 Ounce
  Lime juice 2 Tablespoon (Of 1 Lime)
  Pineapple spears 1
  Crushed ice 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Mint sprig 3
Directions

MAKING
1. In a cocktail shaker glass, combine rums, syrup, orange and lime juice.
2. Use a cocktail stirrer or bar spoon to mix well.

SERVING
3. Fill a hi-ball glass with crushed ice.
4. Pour the drink over the ice.
5. Garnish with sprig of mint and spear of pineapple placed on the rim of the glass.
6. Serve chilled with a stirrer and straw
